I would recommend that in addition to reading the section in question
that you go to section 10, in particular 10.3, and look under the
subject of your interest. A short list like this can NEVER replace
either reading good books or taking courses from knowledgeable
instructors.

an kill yourself the FAQ maintainer (who is a firm believer in
